RCLCO Webinar: March Update and Outlook for Real Estate Capital Markets

Kelly Mangold

Kelly Mangold is a Principal based in RCLCO’s Bethesda, Maryland, office. Since joining the firm in 2013, Kelly has worked with clients in the public and private sectors to guide development and planning decisions. Her work is focused within RCLCO’s Real Estate Economics Services, where she has had broad exposure to a wide variety of project types including transit-oriented urban developments, suburban master-planned communities, and second-home and resort work. She excels at identifying key market opportunities and strategic positioning for complex projects, leads RCLCO’s consumer research efforts, and has experience compiling market feasibility studies, highest-and-best-use analyses, fiscal impact studies, and regional growth analyses.
Dana Schoewe
Principal @RCLCO
Dana is a Principal based in RCLCO’s Denver, CO office. While Dana has had exposure to all of RCLCO’s practice groups, her primary focus is in the Real Estate Economics group, where she specializes in creative, data-driven solutions for untraditional development challenges. This includes a diversity of product types and land uses, with a particular emphasis on mountain resort development, outdoor recreation-oriented real estate, and development opportunities for extremely large landholders.
Jake Ross
Principal @RCLCO
Jake Ross is a Principal based in Washington, DC. With a focus in Real Estate Economics, Jake helps clients in the public and private sectors identify market opportunities and guide strategic development decisions. He serves as a project manager on a wide variety of assignments, specializing in mixed-use and other urban development projects. His recent experience includes market feasibility studies and highest-and-best-use analyses for large infill sites, as well as regional growth analyses and fiscal impact studies for public sector entities.
